Boat setups

Everglades boat batteries

Everglades center consoles: heavier electrical, salt, and dual banks.

More electronics, more bank

Everglades center consoles often carry serious electronics and more than one battery. Starting and house should stay split. The 243CC name on this site comes from Everglades’ public 243CC model page. Console access can be a labor item on a boat this size.

Saltwater use

Gulf and Atlantic boats take spray at the posts. Hold-downs and clean terminals matter as much as group size. We do not guess a cranking number from the hull length.

On the visit

A photo of the open battery well, the switch, and the charger if the boat lives in a slip. Year and engine still decide the starting battery.

We come to the boat in the Florida towns we serve. Marine battery replacement and installation is the job, not hull sales.
