What we need to know

A visit is quoted from the boat in front of us. The details below keep that first conversation short.

Where the boat sits

Say whether the boat is in a slip, on a lift, on a trailer in a driveway or storage lot, or on a rack. If a gate, marina office, or lift key is involved, mention that on the call so we can plan access. We come to you in the counties we serve.

What to have ready

A photo of the battery top, the tray or box, and any charger or switch you already have. The county or town. Whether the job is a starting battery, house batteries (the group that runs lights and electronics, sometimes called a house bank), or a trolling-motor pack — or say you are not sure. The engine year helps if you have it; we still read the tray.

What to expect on a visit

We look at the cables, hold-downs, and charger profile, then replace or install what the boat actually needs. See starting, house, and trolling-motor service. The battery that fits follows the year, the engine manual, and the install already on the boat.

How to reach us

Call (833) 467-7400 or Text us. If the boat will not start, call rather than waiting on a form. See Privacy, messaging terms, and service terms.
