This page explains what happens when you use this website to ask for boat battery help.
Who runs this site
Mobile Battery Pros LLC operates Marine Battery Service. The public business call number is (833) 467-7400. Call buttons open your phone’s dialer. This website does not place the call.
What you can see without sending a form
County pages, articles, and battery-brand pages are public. They do not list customer requests. Maps on some landings are described on Cookies.
What the request form stores
If you submit the form, we store your name, boat, the kind of help you need, where the boat is, a callback phone or email, and any notes you typed. We use that to call or email you back about the boat. Your request is not shown on the public site, not listed in the sitemap, and not sold. Submitting is not a confirmed booking, a reserved time, or a promise that someone is already on the way.
Who can read a request
Site administrators can open stored requests in the private admin area of this website. The public pages do not display them.
How long we keep it
We keep a request so staff can follow up on that visit. This is not a published retention schedule. If you want a request removed, call (833) 467-7400.
Email about a request
This site does not send you an automatic confirmation email. Staff may receive a copy of the request so they can follow up. If that notice cannot be sent, your request is still stored. The success message on the form does not mean an email went out.
Texts
Call (833) 467-7400 or Text us. This site does not send automatic texts from the form. When Text us is shown, it opens your messaging app. Details are on Messaging terms.
Security
Requests sit in the private admin of this website, not on public pages. Credentials used to send staff a copy of a request are stored encrypted when they are saved in the dashboard. We do not claim a security certification.
Search engines and listings
We do not run a public directory of customers. We do not take payment through this form. We cannot promise a phone number stays out of search results if it is published somewhere else.
