How a visit is quoted and done

What applies when Mobile Battery Pros LLC comes to the boat. Website use is on Terms of use.

The specific price, work, and any warranty for your boat are the ones we give you before that work starts.

A request is not a booking

The form asks for a visit. It does not reserve a time, confirm that someone is on the way, or lock a price. Call (833) 467-7400 if the boat will not start.

Quotes

A quote comes from the boat in front of us — the tray, the cables, the charger, and how we reach the hull. Photos help us load the van. They do not replace looking at the install. This is not an online store. There is no cart, no shipping, and no published restocking or return-postage fee.

Access and safety

You need a way for us to reach the boat: a gate, a lift key, a marina office, or you on site. We may stop if the work would be unsafe — a swollen case, a compartment we cannot ventilate, or a charger we cannot identify. Jumping a pack from a truck is not a substitute for testing.

Choosing the battery

We match voltage, chemistry, group size, terminals, and the manufacturer’s charging guidance. Naming a hull brand on a location page does not choose the battery. We do not promise a charger setting from the model name alone.

Warranty and brands

Manufacturer coverage, if any, is the manufacturer’s. Any workmanship terms for a visit are the ones we state before we start. Listing Interstate, Optima, or another line is not a dealer appointment and not a stock list.

If plans change

We do not publish a cancellation fee here. If a visit is scheduled, we will tell you then what happens if it has to move.
